Hailey joined the firm in 2025. Originally from Nebraska, she graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2021. After college, she began her career in public accounting, gaining experience in both tax and audit. Her work included preparing returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, as well as assisting with audit engagements for governmental entities.

In 2024, Hailey relocated to Arizona and has since focused on tax services for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and spending time with friends and family—especially her three nieces.
